Allergies

We are unable to guarantee that our Sweet Mix bags are completely free from any allergens. We are able to provide a list of ingredients for your chosen products upon request. We are mindful of the seriousness of nut allergies, as we have no control of the manufacturing process of the products we cannot assure that our products will be free from or have traces of nuts/nut oils. Sweet Mixes cannot be held responsible for any matters connecting to food allergies.

Delivery

Once we dispatch your order via our courier service they become responsible for your delivery. Any issues regarding your delivery will have to be taken up direct with the courier via the customer.

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product, for a full refund or an exchange.

• Products will only be refunded or exchanged if the bag has been unopened and still in its original packaging
